Last Saturday was what I would call a perfect day. We got something accomplished and we had some fun all in the same day. Who-da-thunk!
Me and JD canned 17 jars of tomatoes all by ourselves. That is the first time I have ever canned by myself. Al 17 turned out perfect. Trey watched a movie and Sophie slept the entire 3 hours. What a miracle. After we work we must play right? So we got out on the boat. Trey of course loved it. He always loves being on the water. Sophie absolutely loved it too. She didnt even fall asleep until right at the end. She didn't care that the water was cold and was fearless of the water. Trey jumped off the boat and ran on the shore. Me and Sophie sat in a lawn chair in the water and JD put a big umbrella over us. It was so nice. We came home and had grilled sausages for dinner. Perfect ending to the perfect day.
